APPLICATION OF TERMS
- (a) By downloading this resource from NESTICT INFOTECH and/or utilizing the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- (b) The terms and conditions set out in this Agreement are the only terms on which NESTICT INFOTECH is prepared to deal with the Customer in relation to the provision of the Services.
- (c) No terms or conditions endorsed upon delivered with or contained in the Customer’s quotation, acknowledgement, purchase order, delivery note or other documents will form a part of this Agreement and the Customer waives any right which it otherwise might have to rely on such terms and conditions.
- (d) The Customer acknowledges that may use the Services in conjunction with other NESTICT INFOTECH products and services and accepts will comply with the terms and conditions of such other NESTICT INFOTECH products and services while utilizing the same in addition to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement
